Health Note is a digital check-in platform that creates structured notes in athenahealth by collecting and entering information such as demographics, symptoms, payment, even consent signatures.
By default, Health Note works with Microsoft Entra ID. To get started, sign up for Health Note using an account in your instance of Microsoft Entra ID.
* Enterprise Single Sign-On - Microsoft Entra ID supports rich enterprise-class single sign-on with Health Note out of the box. Users sign in using their organizational accounts hosted in Active Directory.
