JRuby is an implementation of the Ruby programming language atop the Java Virtual Machine, written largely in Java.
JRuby is tightly integrated with Java to allow both to script any Java class and to embed the interpreter into any Java application.
JRuby provides a complete set of core "builtin" classes and syntax for the Ruby language, as well as most of the Ruby Standard Libraries.
JRuby has been able to run the Ruby on Rails web framework since version 0.9 (May 2006),with the ability to execute RubyGems and WEBrick.
This Image is made specially for customers who are looking for deploying a self managed Community edition on Hardened kernel instead of just putting up a vanilla install.

Installation Instructions for Centos1.The default installation path will be on your web root folder “/var/www/html”
2.Default ports :
- Linux Machines: SSH Port – 22
- Http: 80 and 8080
- Https: 443
3.Default Login Details:
- Username: azureuser
- Password: Passw@rd123
