  Installation Instructions for Windows

  1.Access URL

  • Admin URL: Access the application via a browser at "http://PublicDNS/SurveyProject/NSurveyAdmin/"

  • Appl URL: Access the application via a browser at "http://PublicDNS/SurveyProject/"

  Username: azureuser || Password: Passw@rd123

  2.Default installation path: will be on your web root folder "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\surveyproject"

  3.Default ports:

  • Windows Machines: 3389
  • Http: 80 or 8080
  • Https: 443
  • Sql ports: By default these are not open on Public Endpoints. Internally Sql server: 1433.

  4.Database Login Details :

  SQL Username : sa || SQL Password : Passw@rd123
