Model Training and AI Decision Support

Predictive models will be developed using historical application data to inform future decisions and support automated recommendations. A

recommendation system will provide actions based on patterns, while mechanisms will flag potential issues (e.g., missing documents or high-risk

applications).

Integration and Real-Time Synchronization

AI/ML models will be integrated into the application workflow for real-time decision support. Data synchronization across

PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and the AI environment ensures data accuracy and relevance.

Dashboard Development and Analytics

A Power BI dashboard, embedded in the ICRP platform, will offer real-time insights and reports on application processing, client demographics,

and engagement levels. New Power BI reports will provide dynamic visuals, while Copilot will aid in generating summaries, synonyms for Q&A,

and report analyses. Security and access will be optimally designed to ensure data protection.
