Chatbot Development (GPT-based AI)
A conversational AI, embedded in a text-based interface, will assist users with form completion, document submission, and application status
tracking, integrated with structured conversation flows and decision trees. Security, compliance, and user data privacy are prioritized, along with testing and monitoring for quality and performance.

Model Training and AI Decision Support
Predictive models will be developed using historical application data to inform future decisions and support automated recommendations. A
