Kintella aims to create a citizen-friendly and efficient welfare sector by improving communication and digitizing work processes for the benefit of staff, citizens and their relatives in home care, nursing homes and other places of residence for people in need of care..

Users access Kintella via app or web and the system can integrate to municipal systems (Kombit, Nexus og Cura). Log in for private persons is verified by MitID or a two-factor solution – the latter to also cater to relatives living outside Denmark.

Relatives can better follow the citizen's daily life in for example a nursing home, and the staff gets help with tasks, coordination and communication with relatives providing for better overviews and overall dialogue.

The solution can for example share:

· Life stories between citizens, relatives, and staff

· information, news and pictures

· tasks

· calendar, so relatives can see activities and plan visits etc.

· templates with staff to support them in their communication with relatives.
