A Business Intelligence solution aims to create business value by using customer’s data to:

·       Improve business processes

·       Cut costs

·       Improve decision making

The Design Workshop will give the customer a better understanding of the challenges the company is facing today and how investing in a BI solution can contribute to solving these problems and give a more efficient result. The objective is that, after the workshop, the customer will have gained a better insight into the possibilities the project can give them and how to achieve this with the right tools. The purpose of this workshop is to challenge the customer to better define what needs that are urgent and not. This will happen through guidance from us as professionals having practical experience within this field.

Agenda – the Design Workshop includes:

•  Introduction of relevant methodology related to how a Business Intelligence solution is implemented by Move
• Identifying the customer’s current challenges related to data processing and information sharing in their day-to-day business
• Understanding of roles that could benefit from a solution and why
• Design of Dashboards: Participants will come together and create examples of dashboards. The goal is to define a proposal on what a desirable dashboard could look like if you choose to implement a Business Intelligence project.

This service is offered as a separate solution where the customer achieve utility related to how an analytical solution can help them. Moreover, it works as a basis for further development of BI in the business, which can result in execution of a full BI solution in the future.
