Citrix ShareFile Enterprise is a secure and robust enterprise data sync and sharing service solution that empowers users to share data with anyone and sync data across all of their devices. ShareFile seamlessly integrates with workflow tools such as Microsoft® Outlook® and provides a rich user experience on any device to enhance productivity. Unlike consumer-style file sync and sharing tools, ShareFile provides management and control functionality that allows IT to deliver a secure service and store enterprise data in optimal locations to meet corporate data policies and compliance requirements. ShareFile is a powerful service that is simple for IT to implement and manage, requires no additional investment in storage and servers (with Citrix-managed StorageZones) and can be fully integrated with existing security infrastructure and policies. ShareFile also allows IT to leverage and mobilize existing investments such as network shares and Microsoft SharePoint®.
ShareFile StorageZones Controller extends the ShareFile Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud storage by providing the ability to configure your ShareFile account with either Microsoft Azure cloud storage or a private single- tenant storage that you maintain, referred to as StorageZones for ShareFile Data. StorageZones Controller also provides users with secure access to SharePoint sites and network file shares through StorageZones Connectors. This VM is preinstalled with the StorageZones Controller software. In order to use the StorageZones Controller, the user will have to register and create an account on ShareFile. A promo code to create a trial account for ShareFile will be provided after the Virtual Machine is provisioned.
