Vandis’ MSP team will securely deploy your Silver Peak Orchestrator instance, integrate physical and virtual EdgeConnect appliances at your remote offices, and optimize the connection with your ISPs and Virtual WAN to ensure low latency connectivity to Azure and datacenter resources.

Offering Description

Vandis engineers will design and implement a Silver Peak offering that will prioritize your traffic based on the needs of your organization through the use of specific Business Intent Overlays. These overlays will allow you to leverage your available connections, including Azure Virtual WAN, to provide the fastest, most reliable path to your end users. Vandis’ Managed Services provides remote support and 24/7 monitoring of the Azure Silver Peak EdgeConnect devices with custom alert notifications. Included in this service is ad-hoc Break/Fix Support and Change Request Support provided by Vandis Certified Engineers including escalation, as needed, to Microsoft Support Services.

Scope of Work

• Deploy Silver Peak Orchestrator within Azure
• Create a configuration template within Orchestrator to support the needs of your organization
• Deploy an Azure Virtual WAN hub in the appropriate region
• Deploy a single EdgeConnect (physical, virtual, or within Azure)
• Configure needed routing protocols to support the deployment (BGP, OSPF, static)
• Create Business Intent Overlays (BIOs) to support your traffic
• Set up passthrough/local breakout for SASE and internet access as needed
• Connect your EdgeConnect appliance to the Virtual WAN hub
• Additional appliances can be added to this deployment as needed

• Onboarding into Vandis Managed Services with operational runbook
