Oculys stayTrack is designed to enhance care provider communication for effective discharge rounds to reduce patient length of stay. This e-solution replaces the manual in-unit whiteboards with interactive screens. It automatically pre-populates fields from existing clinical systems, but its flexibility also allows the manual entry of information of data points related to the patient’s care and discharge plans.
