AI Innovation: 2-Week Workshop

A two week Innovation Sprint, using our repeatable design thinking methodology. A small BJSS team, a mixture of designers, engineers and data scientists, works in collaboration with client teams to answer critical business questions through research, ideation and workshopping.

The output of the sprint is a prioritised set of ideas, high-fidelity wireframes, a business case, a high-level technical architecture blueprint, leveraging Azure services, and a roadmap.

Clients find this a rapid and cost effective way to start their journey in AI: including chatbots, machine learning, cognitive services and process automation.
