One Day Workshop delivered by a designer and developer, covering:

• Introduction to Bots, demo of a bot and Q and A.
• Review of techniques for modelling conversations.
• Creative session, including whiteboarding of key requirements. A report will be produced detailing the chat bot brief, conversation design, and a road map of next steps.
