2. Plan: Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Design, Identify Application Dependencies, Identify PaaS Potential Workloads, and Build Security Plan.
3. Migrate: Leverage Azure Site Recovery (ASR) for Server Migration, Leverage Database Migration Services (DMS) for SQL Migration to Azure SQL Database Service, and Build Security Controls.
4. Manage: 24x7x365 Monitoring and Support (with available Microsoft escalation), ITIL-based Service Delivery, 30 minutes Critical SLA, Azure Certified Engineers, and Automation/DevOps Focus.
5. Optimize: Modernize Applications, Cost Optimization, Performance Optimization, and Operationalize Security.
