BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE OF THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Information Gathering (1 day)

• Kick-off Workshop
• Pre-requisites for scan appliance
• The scan will run for a minimum period of two weeks to gather first results
• Sync meeting is planned to discuss first scan results and application mapping

Migration Readiness Mapping (6 days)

• Migration method/scenario categorization draft
• Landing zone cost estimation
• Preparation of assessment results presentation

Present results & next steps (1 day)

• Lift & Shift migration workshop
• Presentation of assessment results
• High-level planning on how the migration can be executed

Cloud Foundation discovery workshops (2 days)

Two discovery workshops are included. The workshop details and planning are discussed and agreed during the kick-off.
