What Will We Deliver

Envision as a Service (EaaS) monitors, and manages Azure cloud workloads like Azure Virtual Desktop, as well as Citrix (non-Azure). The implementation of our service includes, but is not limited to the following services:

• Resource Performance Enhancement: We proactively keep an eye on resource utilization, ensuring that your Azure environment optimally allocates CPU and memory resources. This prevents performance bottlenecks and keeps your systems running smoothly.
• Critical Services Oversight: We monitor critical services such as Databases, Application Servers, DNS, and Domain Controllers. This oversight guarantees the continuous operation of these services, reducing downtime risks and ensuring seamless business processes.
