Powered by WizAI Talkbots, it can carry multiple rounds of conversations through varying intents. This Talkbot is ideal for large enterprise clients because this supports various omnichannel integrations such as SMS, E-mail, Viber, and WhatsApp.

• Language Expertise: The Talkbots are trained to understand and respond in various languages spoken, including English, Indonesian, Singlish (Singaporean English), Tagalog, Taglish, Manglish (Malaysian English). This caters to the diverse linguistic landscape of the region.

• Cultural Nuances: The AI is trained to incorporate cultural nuances and conversational styles, ensuring natural and engaging interactions.

• Human-like Speech: Boasts superior speech technology that allows the Talkbot to generate human-like voice responses, minimizing the perception of interacting with a machine.

• Emotion Recognition and Response: The Talkbot can potentially recognize emotions in a caller’s voice and adapt its response, accordingly, fostering a more empathetic and natural conversation.

• Outbound Calls: Talkbots can be used to automate outbound calls for various purposes, such as appointments reminders, customer surveys, or targeted marketing campaigns.

• Inbound Call Management: The platform can handle inbound calls, answer frequently asked questions, and direct callers to the appropriate department or human agent if needed.

What is the expected outcome after the POC?

At the end of the POC, ePLDT will be able to provide recommendation to the customer's Azure AI & Bot requirements. A recommendation on how Azure, whether Public or on Stack, is best to be used to meet the key business needs of the customers in the easiest and fastest way.
