During this 3 week implementation, Fujitsu will help your organization understand how to get the most value from DevOps. By using Fujitsu's enterprise blueprint design patterns, you can accelerate the adoption of Azure DevOps, gain control of you product delivery and enable security features to protect your intellectual property.

What Is Included:
Week 1:
  • Engagement kick-off workshop where Fujitsu get to know your organization, identify stakeholders and align resources to support the implementation.
  • Discovery workshops to understand your current usage of Azure Cloud Services, Agile and DevOps ways of working.
  • Q&A and knowledge share sessions to help your organization in the adoption of DevOps and IaC.
    • Week 2:
  • Setup and configuration of the Azure DevOps organization using Fujitsu’s service blueprint.
  • Role Base Access and Agile Process setup.

  • Setup and configuration of a demo application using IaC.
