A Final Assessment Report will include:

1. Executive Summary: A high-level summary of project background and scope, data discovery.
2. Customer Discovery: Document of the short and long-term business, financial, and IT objectives. Highlight any customer blockers to the meeting those objectives.
3. Identity Management: Document how identity is currently managed, as well as the opportunities for improvement across both on-premises and cloud deployed applications.
4. Cloud Operational Summary: Document customer’s management approach as they relate to compliance, governance, testing and development, user acceptance, capacity planning, and optimization, while highlighting opportunities for improvement. a. Managed Services: Provide an overview of managed services deployed and document future objectives.
5. Summary of Current Environment: Provide an overview of the current environment including ongoing challenges, such as end-of-support, and, if applicable, document the use of Reserved Instances and AHUB benefits.
6. Business case: Deliver a compelling business case.
