- Identification and creation of a use case and its initial features
- Understanding infrastructure, security requirements, and implementation considerations
Part 2: AI Prototype
Development sprint(s) to deliver an initial AI solution for your company.
Over the following two weeks, a Proof of Concept (PoC) is developed, ready for deployment in the next step.

- Design / Advisory Engagement
- Deployment of a prototype for your business problem
- Recommendations for production rollout, considering security aspects
- Potential future AI use cases
Part 3: AI Roll-out
Dedicated development workstreams for the production deployment of high-quality AI solutions:
Key Activities:
- Scaling AI applications and maturity levels, tailored to your business requirements
- Integration into your existing IT landscape
- Includes the (further) development of your data and business applications
- Implementation of AI governance recommendations
- Change management and adoption
- Test strategy and performance monitoring
