These remotely delivered services offer customers: best practices guidance; health check assessment for your OpenShift containerized environment; inspection of “as is” to “to be” architectures for scalability; software assets (if any) to lever for efficiency; OpenShift cluster performance fine-tuning for scalability; sizing and/or scaling recommendations based on workload types.

Technical & Business Challenges these offerings may address may include:

• Temporary connectivity loss • Storage issues • Workload optimization and performance issues • Services size issues • Configuration errors • Problems with external dependencies (Azure IaaS & PaaS integrations) • Absence of skills to plan for hybrid cloud (e.g., on-premised and Azure hybrid deployment requirements)

Outcomes Desired may include:

(1) Inspection services to determine if CP4D and OpenShift Container Platform is working properly (2) Recommendation to enhance CP4D and OCP cluster performance while conducting scaling at a different level (3) Recommendation for sizing review, architectural guidance, and guide/perform scaling based on workload
