Using Intellinet Application Portfolio Management (APM) methodology, which incorporates Gartner’s TIME and Pace models, our team will evaluate 5-10 applications with qualitative and quantitative measures and will provide recommendations for improvements. Overview & Deliverables:

• Understand business challenges and needs
• Identify 5-10 applications for qualitative and quantitate analysis to determine which applications you want to tolerate, invest, migrate, or eliminate in order to optimize your investments and free up valuable resources
• Interview business and technical stakeholders to identify application business value and IT quality
• Conduct application assessment using Intellinet’s APM methodology
• Show how to leverage model across portfolio to achieve long-term goals
• Provide detailed summary of findings and recommended strategies for modernization
