  • Define scope
  • Check data stores and ETL inventory
  • Define Data Consumers
  • Setup Azure Purview and Scan the Data Estate

• Week 2

  • Scan and catalog all data points
  • Define a migration plan/guidance for your databases and data warehouse
  • Setup Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure data lake storage with standard schema for mortgage servicing companies

• Week 3

  • Migrate data to Azure synapse
  • Setup two pipelines to ingest loan tapes and/or an internal data source

• Week 4

  • Setup one data output pipeline
  • Setup a PowerBI model

Assumptions

It is assumed that you already have Azure subscription with a vnet secured and connectivity to your on-prem datacenter is established using either a S2S VPN or ExpressRoute. If this is not the case Invati will provide these as additional services.
