• Microsoft Azure and Cloud Profiling: Conduct deeper analysis on up to 5 applications to inform modernization plan. Provide real-time data on server and application performance to support a more detailed cloud strategy discussion.
• Application Modernization: Facilitate future planning with detailed performance reporting, virtualization architecture, and support timelines to orchestrate end-of-life transitions and product innovation.
