Overview & Deliverables

As part of the Azure athenahealth Migration Services package, MTS will meet with key members of your technology team to assess current infrastructure that supports your existing Practice Management, athenahealth EHR, and other ancillary applications.

The Azure Healthcare Migration Services consist of the following:

• Review your organization’s goals and objectives
• Familiarize team with the current infrastructure and compile an application listing
• Discuss future proposed infrastructure design in Azure of athena environment
• Project monthly support costs of athena environment
• Timeline for migration of athena environment
• Test migration of athena environment
• Production migration of athena environment
Assumptions
• A monthly recurring Cloud Hosting support agreement with MTS is required for this offer.
• Up to 2 interfaces are included in this offer. Additional interfaces can be scoped separately.
• This offer may include either athenahealth Practice (formerly Centricity) or Athena Flow.
