Overview & Deliverables

As part of the Azure Healthcare Migration Services package, MTS will meet with key members of your technology team to assess current infrastructure that supports your existing Practice Management, NextGen EHR, and other ancillary applications.

The Azure Healthcare Migration Services for NextGen consist of the following:

• Review your organization’s goals and objectives
• Familiarize team with the current infrastructure and compile an application listing
• Discuss future proposed infrastructure design in Azure of NextGen environment
• Project monthly support costs of NextGen environment
• Timeline for migration of NextGen environment
• Test migration of NextGen environment
• Production migration of NextGen environment

Assumptions

• A monthly recurring Cloud Hosting support agreement with MTS is required for this offer
• Up to 2 interfaces are included in this offer. Additional interfaces can be scoped separately
