DPi30 Analytics Jumpstart: 10-Wk Implementation

Spyglass created a 10-week implementation offer that combines the Data Platform DPi30 solution with an Analytics Jumpstart to help you create a full data platform and analytics. DPi30 is designed to help you create a data platform in Azure quickly and efficiently.

Our approach deploys a secure modern production Azure analytics environment, leveraging Azure Well-Architected and the Cloud Adoption Framework. Our solution follows the best practices to deploy a data platform leveraging an “enterprise landing zone” & analytical workload which we adopted & deploy via an Azure Blueprint.

We leverage our Azure Blueprint Solutions Accelerator for Analytics (DPi30+Analaytics JumpStart) to implement the analytics workload & integrate with the IT hub services. Our complete package includes a toolkit for Synapse that assists with cost optimization, performance efficiency for workload & scale management as well as a standard DevOps package for project & release management.

AGENDA: STAGE1-Strategy & Plan(Wk 1): Analytics and Design Workshop. Total Cost of Ownership Azure Services, Requirements, Dashboard Design, Platform & Blueprint Planning. STAGE2-Ready & Govern(Wk 2-3): Build, Implement Azure Blueprint & Landing Zone. STAGE3–Migrate(Wk 4-8): Deployment of Data Integration Pipelines, Cost Automation Pipeline STAGE4-Innovate(Wk 8-9) : Implement Advanced Analytics Pipelines, Model the Data, Visualize the data with Power BI. STAGE5–Manage & Organize(Wk 10): Get your solution into the hands of users, get feedback, & decide what to change or add. Technical KT & User Sessions. Final Project Review & Sign Off.

DELIVERABLES: Spyglass will deliver a full Data Platform and Analytics in 10 weeks for a fixed fee of $75k. Deliverables include-Fully functional data platform (Azure Blueprint), Data Engineering Pipelines, Advanced Analytics Application, Power BI Reporting Model, Power BI Reports, Source Code, Documentation.
