Azure Migration: 4-Wk Implementation

The objective of this offer is to help clients quickly design a future-state cloud architecture to support enterprise analytics needs, build a roadmap to achieve the future state, and execute a proof of concept to validate migration accelerators and technology choices.

Migrate to Modernize Quick State Engagements are typically 4 weeks long. The 4 weeks are focused on the following:

1. Discovery and Design (Weeks 1 & 2): Tredence architects and consultants will work with client stakeholders to capture the requirements of the future state solution and design a modern, next-generation architecture based on these requirements.
2. Syndication and Roadmap (Weeks 3 & 4): Tredence team members work with client stakeholders to review and approve next-gen architectural capabilities, provide total cost of ownership (TCO) estimates, and develop a roadmap to execute the modernization.
3. Proof of Concept (Weeks 2 – 4): Tredence will test & validate migration of a set number of pipelines to validate the accelerators and technology decisions made during the design phase.
