This assessment begins with a week of discovery and ideation, where we identify high-level use cases, define AI process augmentations, and understand your business requirements and technology constraints. In the second week, we develop a detailed strategy, architecture, and roadmap for scaling Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Copilot Studio adoption. This includes a training strategy to maximize the utilization of your existing licenses and the presentation of custom AI solutions tailored to your needs, complete with solution overviews, reference architectures, development roadmaps, and change management plans.

Week 1 – Discovery and Ideation

• Identify high-level use cases aligned with business and technology contexts
• Define AI process augmentations and tools
• Understand additional business requirements and technology stack constraints

Week 2 – Develop AI PoC Copilot Solution Roadmap

• Develop a comprehensive strategy, architecture, and roadmap for scaling Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and custom agentic AI technology adoption.
• Training strategy and model for implementing and getting full utilization out of existing Copilot Licenses.
• Presentation of custom AI solutions for custom tooling and process augmentations. Each custom solution includes the Solution Overview, reference architectures, development roadmap, and change management.
