Azure Governance: 4-Week Implementation

1st Week - Kickoff

• Scoping, scheduling and agenda clarification.
• Setting the stage: Azure in general (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS differences), governance fundamentals, Landing Zone principals.

2nd and 3rd Week - Workshops

Workshops to design and implement of Azure Governance Model:

• Azure subscription models, EA Portal (or CSP), Resource providers, RBAC.
• Tags, policies, cost management, naming conventions.
• Security, Operations (monitoring, logging, responsibilities).
• Application lifecycle, PaaS development, PaaS resources.

4th Week - Handover actions

• Handover workshop of deliverables that will be handed for customer.
