Face a lot of difficulty and complexity while managing the billing structure leading to unexpected costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find information about Azure is easy. We utilize the platform mostly for data science projects where we need automated ML process. The platform helped us to design a process for our model development lifecycle.
There are around 10 team members that are actively using the platform

The pricing model is hard to understand and calculate.
So components and services are charged based on transactions which is hard to know till you are fully live

HAving a kubernetes driven envrionment makes it easy to have an easy end to end model deployment cycle for our data science teams
Container Registery and AKS is very helpful to run model as a service projects

Cost Complexity:Azure's pricing model can be complex, with various tiers, regions, and features influencing costs.
Hidden Costs- Additional charges for features like geo-replication, read replicas, and backups can add up unexpectedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft Azure Databases solve a wide range of problems related to data storage, management, and scalability.
Complexity in Database Management-Time-consuming administrative tasks like backups, updates, and performance tuning.
Works well for scaling without infrastructure maintenance
What do you like best about the product?
I've used multiple DB aaS products before and would definitely recommend due to how easy it is to use and the multiple ways it can be integrated into the different tools and platforms within your environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be risky in terms of security if working in a regulated industry such as pharma, banking or healthcare. Security breaches can be a concern with reference to confidential data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving cost and effort on having an inhouse team scaling my DB infrastructure for capacity and compute.
