I have been using Power BI tool from past 14 years, with embedded feature we can now embed visual report of dashboard anywhere applications like web applications, mobile applications, sharepoint locations, etc.

None as of today, it's offering a great emdeded option of your reports to any applications.

There were few scenarios in the past that we were unable to share or emded power bi report to the users or the applications

I consider that Power BI has a friendly interface and is very easy to use. The drag and drop function makes it easy for me to create interactive reports. This shows visual appeal without having to have technical skills in this program.

For people who are just starting to use this tool for business reporting or who have little experience in data analysis, there may be a very slow learning curve associated with mastering Power BI. At first I found it a little difficult to handle.

One problem I had was managing and handling large databases which can be difficult and time consuming at first. The solution I got from Power BI was its easy-to-use interface once I learned all the visualization options. This made it easier for me to create reports and interact. This improved my interpretation of data and helped me with decision making.

Microsoft Power BI Embedded is an easy-to-use tool that allows users to integrate Power BI reports and dashboards into web pages, virtual workspaces, and applications and has seamless integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central, SharePoint, power apps, and third-party applications. Power BI embedded allows business reports customization directly within a virtual workspace or workgroup project’s web page.

There is nothing that I dislike, but managing user permissions can be complex and then unintentionally denies access to embedded reports for authorized team members.

Power BI embedded helps my team access interactive dashboards and reports within SharePoint sites to access and generate data insights, needless to leave our workgroup’s web page or access the Power BI platform. The Power BI embedded features improve our workflow efficiency with data insights embedded directly within our virtual workspace, allowing team members to achieve their work based on up-to-date information and easy-to-digest data visualizations.

Microsoft Powe BI Embedded helps me in creating powerful dashboards which ultimately helps business to take action with the insights available in the dashboard. It has multiple chart feature like Bar char, line chart, pie chart etc which helps us in building powerful dashboards as per the data points and requirements. Last but not the least, it's very easy to use and and anyone can learn it within no time. It has very strong customer support team as well.

Sometimes I feel it gets stuck when I load very large datasets in it to build line chart or pie chart, otherwise, it works very smooth with nominal dataset.

There are multiple ways Microsoft Power BI embedded is solving Business problems like it helps in creating dashboards in the form of different charts or graphs which helps in brining out insights from the data and ultimately helps business in taking action.

That is is something that allows our directors to easily monitor progress. As well it is accessible to the team that are under them as well. It is able to break down the overall numbers into categories to better understand areas of opportunity.

It takes a bit to load. Then another big issue is you can review results in real time. You have to wait until the next day to see metrics.

Tracking time on calls, calls out, calls in, and we are able to break down the time more.accurately to improve productivity

PowerBI will give you insight in yoour systems, customers, etc., that you were never aware of before. The data-driven power behind their insights gives users the freedom and functionlity to find success-avenues that weren't previously tapped into. It's success as an internal-driver leads to high frequency of use and it only takes a few sessions to quickly get an uderstanding of how best to make use.

The dashboard could be cleaned up and a little more presentable. While it isn't necessarily difficult to navigate, it does seem like more hoops to jump through than needed and is a clunky operating system in a way.

Power BI is giving me access into my customer's actions and insight into their thinking, that I was previously in the dark in. It's ability to show me what is top of mind for my customers, gives me the ability to drive home conversations in a unique way, that truly puts their needs at the forefront. Without Power BI, it would be incredibly difficult to get a full-understanding of of my customers and how they interact with us as a resource.

It's fantastic to be able to view embedded reports in real time. It's easy for end users to access, even offline. It's also easy to implement and scale, and our developers though that the integration was very smooth. Our executive users find it easy to interact with the reports and visualizations.

Relies on Azure, which was not an issue for our organization, but could be a drawback for others.

It helps key stakeholders within the organization have access to real-time updates and business intelligence, which helps ensure that everyone has a single source of truth.

Power BI has started being implemented at our company recently, meaning that we are still in the discovering phase. So far what we have uncovered is beyond fantastic! We have built several automated processes capturing input data onto Sharepoint and Power BI was just there to pull the data from it. Power BI was also there to let us implement a live connection to our database. Given the experience we acquired with Power Query from Excel, transitioning to Power BI represented no problem at all for us, it also lets us utilize SQL statements creating a swell link onto that database without crowding the query with unnecessary applied steps (it helps with the data load speed to increase exponentially). The Streaming datasets we were able to creating using Power Automate, bring power to our reports and dashboards for ease of access to users getting the most updated data without breaking a sweat. The integration of embedding Power BI was easy and the display is phenomenal. Even when there are times that for some reason datasets don't refresh correctly (this occurs mostly with scheduled refreshes), we immediately receive email notification with details on what we should be looking at to find a fix. The other portion of Power BI that probably doesn't get as much credit, is the online version of Power BI reports; its option to analyze reports in Excel allows us to send quick ad-hoc reports upon request.

There are very few things I think Power BI could improve but that perspective I have it only based on what I needed in the moment. Power BI can't be connected to provide information out to Sharepoint. Having that option would've help skipping the workaround we utilize by building a dataset in Power BI then publishing that report and use a gateway where we could've connected the data directly. The Dataset ended up being a table that could've easily provide that information to be read utilizing Power Automate. Which is what we end up doing.

If your organization is already on the Microsoft platform, it is much easier to integrate to other pieces of software as opposed to bring in a different product.

when I first started using this tool, I was self-taught. I felt a bit overwhelmed because it felt complicated. I relied on YouTube tutorials to find my way, and with time and practice, I was able to master it and maximise it to its full potential, as it relates to my various project scopes.
