A tool which collects configuration, system, and diagnostic information.
A SOS Report is unified tool for collecting system logs and other debug information.
Mainly aimed at Linux distributions and other UNIX-like OSes, SOS Report is a comprehensive, extensible, portable, and support data collection tool. SOS Report operates on the concepts of plugins, one for each area or subsystem that you want to collect data from.
The plugins are dynamically run depending on the system conditions by default. Presently, SOS Report runs only on root as it is designed in such fashion.
The SOS Report solution is mostly built on top of Ubuntu 18.04 installed on Azure. Tested by Apps4Rent engineers, this solution is been proven to work well on Azure.
