Aquera SCIM Gateway Leverages Entra SCIM Protocol Interface Standard:

The SCIM Gateway powers Entra ID to create, read (import), update, deactivate, and delete user accounts, and groups where applicable, in any application, database, directory, file, or device via Entra ID SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) protocol interface. The SCIM protocol is an IETF standard for automating the exchange of user identity information between identity domains and IT systems. The breadth of integration includes provisioning users to cloud applications even without user management APIs via admin console automation (robotic process automation (RPA)) and to custom homegrown or bespoke applications via SQL calls or admin console automation.

Entra ID + SCIM Gateway Fully Automates Worker Lifecycle for All Apps and Systems:

The SCIM gateway supports several integration methods, including REST APIs, SOAP or web service APIs, admin console automation (RPA), SQL, FTP, LDAP, SDKs, and code libraries. For employees, partners, and customers, Entra ID combined with Aquera SCIM Gateway fully automates the account lifecycle process (account provisioning, update, deactivation, and deletion) for any application, database, directory, file, or device.

SCIM Gateway Delivers Automatic Provisioning for All Apps: SaaS Cloud and On-Premises:

Microsoft Entra provisions users to both SaaS and on-premises applications listed in Microsoft Entra App Gallery. For applications in Microsoft Entra App Gallery that do not support automatic provisioning, or applications not in Microsoft Entra App Gallery at all, Aquera complements the Entra library to meet automatic user provisioning needs across the IT application ecosystem.
For on-premises applications, Aquera offers two methods to integrate with cloud applications: (1) Virtual Private Network (VPN): the company’s VPN can directly connect to on-prem apps, databases, directories, devices, and files to Aquera SaaS in the cloud; Aquera then integrates directly with the company's cloud apps for user and account provisioning (and groups where available in endpoint apps) through Entra ID; or (2) Aquera Agent: for specialized or higher volume processing, companies may choose to avoid traffic through their VPN and instead utilize the Aquera Agent option behind their firewall.
