Block's Clinical Workspace service offers customers a complete managed service for virtual desktops running on the Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solution. Block, as part of the managed service, provision the pre-requisite Azure services including Azure Virtual Desktop, Storage Accounts, Azure Networking and Azure security solutions and will manage all changes to the Azure environment.

In addition to the management and support of Azure services, Block provides a complete managed service for the Windows virtual desktops, including all Windows updates, application updates, and the delivery of new applications. For common changes to the environment, such as provisioning additional users or desktops or assigning applications, customers can benefit from Block's self-service portal, or call the Block Operations Centre (BOC).
