STORM RMM is a managed services providing remote monitoring and management solution for the endpoints and VMs residing in Azure in our customer’s environment. It includes the services of Patch Management. Our coverage of endpoints does not restrict to only physical hardware of the customer’s computers or servers but we are also able to monitor network appliances & VMs in Azure. Services like Exchange, SQL can also be monitored as well. Our approach is to deliver proactive support to our customers through active monitoring and reporting.
