• eSpyder has been designed from the ground up to support Data Processing Officers (DPOs) in their roles, ensuring company compliance with the GDPR regulations and best business practice.

• eSpyder allows DPOs to respond to GDPR Data Subject Access Requests (SARs) easily and quickly. It also allows you to track your progress in terms of SARs processing and corporate data storage and retention.

• With eSpyder, DPOs and other users with a similar non-technical profile, are able to quickly define and execute searches through unstructured data (e.g. PDF and Microsoft Office documents) across all Windows endpoints in order to identify all personal identifiable information (PII) related to a subject Access Request or to understand where PII is located in general to be able to protect this data in acordance to GDPR and other regulatory requirements. • The results generated by eSpyder can also be used in conjunction with external tools such as Microsoft PowerBI or Excel to create even further insights into the nature of PII location, duplicates, etc.) .

• eSpyder is based on an endpoint agent and an Azure Application Service (.NET Core 2.2) which utilizes Azure Active Directory and Azure SQL Databases.
