Payment Terms: Fees exclude applicable taxes. Microsoft Corporation will invoice Customer for the subscriptions set forth in this Order Form.

Your subscriptions are non-refundable and non-cancelable except as otherwise set forth in this Order Form or the agreement governing this Order Form. After the first three (3) months of the subscription period, Customer may terminate the MongoDB Atlas subscription purchased in this Order Form for convenience by providing at least thirty (30) days written notice to evergreencontracts@mongodb.com. Customer’s MongoDB Atlas subscription will terminate on the last day of the month in which the thirty (30) day notice period expires.

MongoDB will provide at least twelve (12) months prior written notice to Customer if MongoDB intends to discontinue the MongoDB Atlas subscription purchased in this Order Form. The MongoDB Atlas subscription purchased in this Order Form will terminate upon expiration of the twelve (12) month notice period unless terminated earlier by the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Order Form.

No more than once per year following the first anniversary of the subscription start date, MongoDB may increase the unit price of the MongoDB Atlas subscription purchased in this Order Form by providing at least thirty (30) days notice to Customer. Any such price increase will be effective on the first day of the month after the thirty (30) day notice period expires.
