OCC MarketPlace provides information and advice for citizens and their families looking for adults and children’s social care advice and services. The MarketPlace integrates with OCC's ContrOCC solution and Social Care Case Management  systems.

• The Directory module is the tool for managing information about local services. It is driven by a powerful and domain trained search engine that allows our product to understand the difference between ‘home care’ and ‘care homes’ as well as handling search concepts such as ‘care at home’.  Our intelligent algorithm is tuned to highlight alternative ways of meeting client needs and to emphasize local voluntary and community services.  The OCC MarketPlace is integrated with NHS Choices, CQC, Ofsted and Council case management systems.
• The Brokerage module allows the Council to deliver a seamless brokerage process to those providers that have indicated they have availability.  The module pushes requests to providers to find the best match to a client’s needs. The brokerage module allows the council to describe the client’s care/support requirements, advertise them to the appropriate providers and have the providers select which customers they can provide their services to.
• Care Finder is an adaptation of the Brokerage module aimed at self-funders and clients on direct payments rather than Local Authority staff.
