PrecisionPoint ‘Reveal’ is a data extraction utility that will connect to your Dynamics D365 data and will extract and transform your ERP data to a SQL database of your choice.

Easily transition from Export to Data Lake to Synapse Link – our end SQL looks just like the natural ERP source database with the null populations and data type conversions all sorted for you.

Within Business Central, we connect directly to the underlying database using a dedicated connection API that will be provided as part of the solution.

With any of the connection options above, Reveal is provided on a SaaS basis, wherein the solution will host the connectivity and security between the data source (your ERP system) and the destination repository (your chosen SQL database end point) as well as any configuration of required content (tables, columns et al). The Destination SQL database is not included within the ‘Reveal’ solution.

Whilst the service is hosted by us, you will be provided with secured access to a dedicated UI (Max 5 users), from which you can control your own data extract configuration - It is also possible to set up a regular extraction schedule through the PrecisionPoint support desk
