If Solgari is the direct routing carrier as part of Solgari Customer Engagement for Teams or D365 solution, call charges are covered by monthly or annual call bundles. Please see the plans tab for packages available. Sales will agree the per minute pricing for inbound and outbound calls which will be included in your chosen bundle.

SMS

If Solgari is the SMS carrier as part of Solgari Customer Engagement for Teams or D365 solution, SMS charges are covered by monthly or annual SMS bundles. Please see the plans tab for packages available. Sales will agree the per SMS pricing for inbound and outbound SMS which will be included in your chosen bundle.

AI Conversations 

AI Conversations are used with the Solgari Copilot. Usage is measured as 1 conversation = 750 words. Pro and Enterprise subscription come with the below balances included. If more AI conversations are required, it is available in blocks of additional 1,000 conversations as set out in the packages below.

Pro subscriptions include 1,000 conversations per month each.

Enterprise subscriptions include 1,500 conversations per month each.

Storage

Storage is used for all archived communications. Pro and Enterprise subscription come with the below storage included. If more storage is required, it is available in blocks of additional 100GB as set out in the packages below.  

Pro subscriptions include 10 GB storage per month each.

Enterprise subscriptions include 15 GB storage per month each.
