This Azure VM image removes the complexity of installing VICIdial by presenting a One-Click solution to deploy your own Contact center solution.
Getting Started
- Click the "Get it Now" button to start the deployment process.
- Fill out the required information for the VM, such as the subscription, resource group, and virtual machine name.
- Choose the desired instance type and configure the necessary settings for your VM, such as storage, network, and security.
- Configure the optional features, such as managed disks, public IP address, and extensions.
- Review the summary of your deployment and then click on the "Create" button.
- Wait for the deployment to complete, which usually takes a few minutes.
That's it! Your instance is now launching and should be available in a few minutes. You can access the VM through the Azure portal, Web Portal, or Secure Shell (SSH).
You can access your new contact center solution through the following;
- Web Browser http://your-server-ip/vicidial/welcome.php
