The Security Operation Center, based on Azure Sentinel, provides the following types of services:
- Security Event Monitoring Services: the IT infrastructure, Security and Assets are monitored in real time, through platforms made available by the Customer (i.e. SIEM), in order to promptly identify attempts of intrusion, attack or misuse of the systems or, in any case, of events significant for the security of the assets and to engage the Customer's departments for appropriate remedial actions.
- Proactive Services: are services aimed at improving the level of protection of the organization (i.e. early warning, introduction of new correlation rules, integration of intelligence feeds).
- Reactive Services: services aimed at better managing security incidents, impact analysis, suggesting accident containment strategies (temporary remediation measures and/or definitive measures, carrying out ex-post analysis and collecting and storing incident evidence).
