Cloud Video Interop from NetDesign provides the possibility of integrating existing video room systems from Cisco and Poly to Microsoft Teams.

CVI integration enables Microsoft Teams Meetings across systems, such as Cisco and Poly. The solution is a managed service by NetDesign through an Azure based gateway. Cisco’s CVI solution will take advantage of several features provided by the Webex cloud. These are designed to enhance the user experience on the endpoints, as well as simplify the administrative workload. Cisco is hosting the necessary elements to deploy the CVI solution in the Azure cloud on behalf of the customers.

Many organisations have made initial purchases of video systems, however, during the world wide pandemi Microsoft Teams have become the dominant video platform and therefore legacy video systems need to be able to work together with Microsoft Teams. NetDesign delivers the Cloud Video Interop service with a 'One Touch Join' functionality, which means that the customer only needs to invite the meeting room along with the participants for a Teams meeting. The system automatically generates a green join button which makes it extremely easy and intuitive to participate in meetings, no matter which device users wants to join from.

NetDesign deliver value to the customer by providing this service on-top on the underlying infrastructure provided by Microsoft Azure and Cisco Webex. We configure and integrate the service into the customers current install base and furthermore act as a Single Point of Contact when issues or questions arise.
