The “AVATAR Authenticator” is an enterprise app that allows users to generate anonymous Face Keys based on their live faces. The Face Key is used to authenticate an enrolled person online and offline without exposing the person’s private data to the platform operator.

The “AVATAR Authenticator” can be fully operated on-premise within the client’s enterprise infrastructure. While Face Key generation and authentication occur fully on the device, tokenized authentication logs can optionally be sent to a server fully owned and operated by the client.

The Face Authentication app can be integrated into a client application to enable “login with Face Key,” “mark attendance with Face Key,” “sign document with Face Key,” and many more features. The app can perform biometric authentication and have the user log into another app on the same device while offline. The login event can be logged on server-side systems asynchronously when the device returns online.

If the client requires server-side deduplication, non-reversible derived representative vectors are sent to the client’s server. Most importantly, the platform can never access any user’s personally identifiable information.
