Community Training - Platform Support is a concierge for Community Training platform and technology related support, provided by a Community Training specialist from Wipfli.
Wipfli is a Microsoft Tech for Social Impact partner and has been awarded as Microsoft Partner of the Year for Nonprofit Industry (2021) and Microsoft Partner of the Year Award Finalist for Inclusion Changemaker (2023).
Community Training by Platform Support will provide your organization with ongoing adoption and customer success including:
- Community Training platform functionality questions answered
- Triage for Community Training platform related errors in coordination with Microsoft’s Community Training support team (best efforts)
- Technology guidance for enhanced use of the platform
Assumptions related to the Community Training Platform Support service:
- Wipfli’s Community Training specialist has access to your organization's Community Training instance
- Your organization is trained on Microsoft Azure Portal and Community Training administration and content publishing
- Your organization provides first level of support internally
- The Community Training Platform Support service is for a 12-month service period and can be renewed annually
This work will be led by one of Wipfli's Learning Experience professionals, who are well versed in Community Training and bring decades of instructional systems design experience.
Community Training can leverage several Azure resources and services; Wipfli can coach you on how to best activate Azure in support of your optimal learning experience.
